Storypalooza/The Local Author Summer Storytime Event!
Tuesday June 18th 10am-12 Noon
Great for kids of ALL ages!
Join us for a morning of stories, kid activities and snacks, celebrating local authors and children's literature!
At Corinth Square in Prairie Village (in the tented area on the corner between the Learning Tree and Hen House).
-Listen to 5 Local Authors share their books in the Storytime Living Room
-Take a break at the Kid's Story Activity and Snack tables!
-Shop the Little Learning Tree Book Store!
-Meet local Authors and have them sign your book!

I will be faculty at the 2019 Kansas City Writing Workshop at the Hampton Inn & Suites on the Country Club Plaza on March 30th. I am offering critiques/edits for picture books (1,000 words maximum) and will meet with each writer for 10 minutes at the workshop to discuss my thoughts, and pass along written critique notes at the meeting.
